Baby sleep and nap log
What the record provides
Record sleep and wake times to review the daily routine without relying only on memory. TAMIM displays what you enter; it does not diagnose sleep disorders.
Start recording
Open the sleep tracker and record the start and end of the sleep period you observed. Check the date for sleep that crosses midnight, and add a note if the times are approximate.
Review the information
Review entries with other caregivers to avoid duplicates or overlapping periods. If someone forgot to log a period, add only the information you actually know rather than inventing precise times.
Share and discuss
Use the pattern to prepare questions and discuss the routine. Do not change care just to reach an app number. Bring concerns about your baby’s sleep to the appropriate care professional.
