By accessing or using TAMIM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
Service Description
TAMIM is a baby care tracking application that allows parents and caregivers to record and monitor feeding, sleep, diaper changes, growth, immunizations, and other aspects of baby care. The service includes optional AI-powered advice and the ability to share data with authorized caregivers and healthcare providers.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and current, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TAMIM to upload false, misleading, or harmful information, share access with anyone who should not have access to your baby's information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use the service for any illegal purpose, or interfere with other users' use of the service.
Medical Disclaimer
Tamim - Your Smart Companion in Parenthood uses AI to help track baby feeding, hygiene, development, and reminders. TAMIM is not a medical app and does not provide medical advice. The information provided by our service, including AI-powered recommendations, is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your pediatrician for your baby's health.
Third-Party Services
TAMIM integrates with Google (for sign-in) and OpenAI (for AI advice). Your data is stored on infrastructure we operate ourselves rather than on a third-party platform. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Intellectual Property
TAMIM and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAMIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
