These are the services and infrastructure TAMIM runs on:
- Google Authentication - For secure sign-in with your Google account
- Our own servers - Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on infrastructure we operate ourselves, not on a third-party platform
- Email - Verification, invitation and notification messages are sent from our own mail server
- OpenAI - For AI-powered baby care advice (data is anonymized)
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with caregivers you explicitly invite to access your baby's information, healthcare providers (physicians) you authorize, and service providers necessary to operate our platform (as listed above).
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and associated data, export your data, and opt out of SMS notifications at any time.

TAMIM is designed to help parents track their babies' care. The baby information stored is provided by parents/guardians and is protected with the same security measures as all user data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and your baby's data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
