Shared daily care

Keep one baby-care log with your nanny

When a nanny cares for your baby during part of the day, a shared record helps everyone know about the last feed, diaper and sleep. Invite them through TAMIM without granting access to every part of your child’s record.

Start sharing care

What can a nanny do?

See assigned children

Their dashboard lists only children shared with them and shows a daily care summary for each child.

Log the essentials

They can log feeds, sleep and diapers and correct their own entries within two hours.

Limited access

They cannot edit growth, vaccination or medication records or invite other people to a child’s record.

How to get started

  1. 1

    Invite your nanny

Enter their email in sharing settings and choose the nanny role.

  2. 2

    Log daily care

After signing in, they use their nanny dashboard to log feeds, sleep and diapers for assigned children.

  3. 3

    Stay in control

Review everyone with access to the child’s record and revoke nanny access whenever needed.

Access tailored to the role

Nanny access is for daily care, not for reviewing medical records or changing the child’s settings. Sharing settings show who has access and let you revoke it.

Can a nanny see all my baby’s information?

No. Their workspace is limited to children you shared with them and to feeds, sleep and diapers—not growth, vaccine or medication records.
