You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and current, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use TAMIM to upload false, misleading, or harmful information, share access with anyone who should not have access to your baby's information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use the service for any illegal purpose, or interfere with other users' use of the service.

TAMIM integrates with third-party services including Google (for authentication), Supabase (for data storage), Twilio (for SMS), and OpenAI (for AI advice). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

TAMIM and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAMIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
